Well there have been times when I clicked "Answer this Question" and the page moved and I accidently gave them a thumbs down.

not yet, I really don;t fool with the thumbs ever though unless an answer cheeses me off so thoroughly I cannot even stand to view it...

Yahoo! should change their ratings so that you can change your ratings at any time. I hope that never happens to me, but yes, my page does move sometimes when it's loading like that.

Yep, and felt really bad about it and U couldn't change it, yahoo needs to come up with a system where we can change our mistakes just like we edit our answers!!!
