Please don't say anything. Your sister is not your responsibility. Your mom knows how your sister is. Trust me on that. Very little gets by MOMs. The one thing you can do is try to help your mom by really taking care of YOU. Keep your room sparkling, do your own laundry if she will let you. Help with cooking. Help around the house without being ask to. First this will show your mom that you care about the family and about yourself. Second it might set a very good example for your little sister. She might see how Mom is treating you differently and she will want the attention. Look, try it for two weeks...if things don't begin to change you can always go back to like they are now...but I bet you won't have to. You are a smart girl to ask this question and I think you know what I am saying is right. Good luck to you.

Talk to your mother, do not accuse her of spoiling - there may be a reason for it.

What exactly is - spoiled - in this case? n doesnt ur mom notice it too? She would have done something if she found ur sis 'spoiled' .. dont be such a pain! ur sis will hate u for this ..
