Dogs. They tend to comfort you and they can sense when you arent feeling so good, they also protect you.On the other hand, cats arent like that, all they want is to be petted every second of their life, and I honestly havent ever seen a cat take care of someone like a dog does.

Cats. Dogs are too needy. You go outside to grab the mail and are gone 2 seconds and the dog acts like he hasn't seen you in hours. Cats, on the other hand, look at you like "oh, back already? Bummer."

My Lab (Thunder) he is 10 years old and he is such a super dog. He cares for us and does everything he can to please us. Every night he brings our pillows into the living room and puts them down at our feet, something he has done for 7 years. When I had breast cancer he stayed very close to me. When I had knee surgery last week he won't leave my side. I was raised with many different dogs but I have to say Thunder is the best.

I like black cats and brown dogs.
If you live in an own house, dog is good, if you live in a flat, a cat is better

Definately dogs. Basset hounds and English Bulldogs are my favorite! Dogs are more of a friend to a person and more playful. You can teach them more also.

Cats, definitely cats. I love cats! Like when I go to my favourite restaurant and i get "chicken balls" and "chicken" fried rice and General Tsao's "chicken" and...
...oh wait. You said pets. Okay in that case dogs. I hate cats.
