Open My Computer, right-click on the drive's icon and choose Eject from the pop-up menu.

Tat's weird... However, there's two solution... 1st, go to your "My Computer" then, u will see your Disc Drive, so just have your crusor on the Disc Drive and right click, select on "Eject". There your cd rom drive will Eventually open.

2nd, usually, see carefully, there's a small little hole on the front of your cd rom, regardless internal or external cd rom. Just use a needle and insert into the hole. Eventually, it will force the rom to eject. For 2nd way, this is usually use for people who have a problem doing the usual Eject way. Simple way of saying is when your cd rom "Jam".

Hope I clear your doubt.

My computer CD ROM drive doesn't have a button either, but if you try pressing the drive/box that the CD goes into, that might work. That is how mine is. I find that it is easier that way because on my old computer I kept accidentally pressing the button with my knee.

On macs, they can be opened by holding the eject key on the upper right of the keyboard for a few seconds.

On a PC, have you tried going into my computer and right clicking the drive and selecting eject?
I'm not convinced there isn't a sort of eject button on there if it's a PC.

Failing that, drives always have a sort of pinhole sized hole on it that allows you to eject a cd with a paperclip in case the drive doesn't cooperate.

There are several programs (normally music players) with an eject command. But you normally need a CD in there.

Otherwise, using an unwound paperlcip. There should be a little hole on the front of the CD drive that will open the drawyer should you poke a thin bit of metal down there.

They have a little hole in the front. You should be able to put a pin or paper clip in there an it will release it. Also music programs like windows media have an eject button. Look under play.

Go to "my computer" and click on the CD drive (probably the D drive) and right click to get the options. Choose "eject disk" and it will open the drive.
