From when you wake up (6:00 am) until noon = say, "Good Morning"

From 12:01 (after noon) until 6:00 pm = say, "Good Afternoon"

From 6:00 pm to when you go to sleep (12:00 am) = say, "Good Evening"

From 12:01 am until then = say, "Shouldn't you be in bed asleep?"

I hope this helps you have a Good Morning....
