If using Outlook Express: Highlight email; Open "message" at top of OE. Go to block sender. Done
If Outlook: Highlight email; click on "Actions"; "Click on Junk Emails"; choose block sender option.

Yes. Set up a filter in your browser for the email addresses you don't want and they'll go directly into the trash.

Hi. I use a chrome extension called Blocksender, www.blocksenderapp.com for blocking. And it works really well for situations such as this.
