My county has a website for the tax assessor that will tell you the owner, the market value, the tax assessed value and yearly property taxes for any address. The next county over to me requires you to be a resident and to register first, but where I live its open access to all that info.

You can go online to your local tax collectors office, from there you should be able to enter the address and get what you need.
