Hmmm....yer partner wants yer penis altered to make it more appealing to her?? I think you should find a different partner rather than gettin yer wang altered to make her happy. Since Ima female I cant tell you about the sensitivity issue. My guy is "intact" and he doesnt have any concerns. Of course you risk infection and wotnot if you choose to go thru with this. IMHO I dont get what the real problem is.

So you've been with your partner for how long? In any case, it's a bad idea to get it done for looks, that's like asking her to get breast implants. If you've never had any serious problems with your foreskin, then I say don't do it.

Circumcision is a surgical procedure, and as such always carries risks (more so for infants than adults I think). Your penis will probably be really sensitive right after the procedure, but over time it'll lose some of its sensation. Plus there are a ton of nerves in the foreskin that's cut away, so the penis won't have more sensation but probably less. Sensitivity is in the mind, but sensation is physical. As to if it's better afterwards, that opinion varies from person to person so wildly that it's hard to tell.

No your penis would not be more sensitive, at least not sexually. The glans of your head right now are very sensitive because it's protected by the foreskin-but if you get circumcised, your glans will be rubbing against your underwears all day everyday and eventually the glans will form a kind of callouse, or it will toughen up and not be as sensitive from the constant rubbing. Tell your partner that you can always pull your foreskin back if she likes the look of a cut penis, but getting circumcised, esp. at 50 for cosmetic reasons makes little sense. Besides, at that age the recovery would be painful. Also, think of how sensitive your foreskin is?! Certainly you've gotten pleasure from only the tip of the foreskin being sucked on or rubbed-you're gonna give that up, really not worth it!

Probably it would make you less sensitive in the long run. Would this be good? It would maybe make you last longer. Could it make it harder to stay stiff? Like wearing a condom all the time. You'd have to spend less time washing it, that's true. Most important, what happens if the surgeon's hand slips? You'd get good damages perhaps, but would it be worth it?

Infection can end your life!!!!!!!!!!!! you still don't know what women needed to be aroused or ejaculated. Your penis does not make any different function toward her after circumsizing.
