If Ethiopia were to become a 'rich' or 'wealthy' country, it would not come without education. Thus that wouldn't be so bad. I don't mind other educated people sharing in the wealth. It's the dumb@$$es of the world who stay poor because they decide not to educate themselves.
I'd also like to know why people think that establishing capital gain markets constitutes invasion? Does anyone think that the swiss are INVADING america with their chocolate market? How about the Italians with their cars? Look around you, it would become like all the other 3rd world nations - corrupt - people living for decades in poverty, uneducated, light years away from technology would be the "fodder" evil men would take advantage of.
