It all depends on what you need to bring your body back into balance. Noni juice is a very good supplement to take, and it certainly won't hurt you to use it. If you're looking for a "cure" for something, it may work -- it may not. Just depends on what you need.

Tru Noni juice from Hawaii has really helped me with my cholesterol and blood pressure. The taste isn't that bad or at least Tru Noni's isn't and that might be because it's fresh.

The guy or gal who recommended Lycium Barbarum is really talking about Goji Juice and is probably another MLM distributor. The assertion made that Noni has NO medical validation is false. There are quite a few medical doctors who have studied and publidhed papers and wrote books on the positive effects of Noni juice.

What is really interesting if you use "Mexico4me" reference to "pubMed.gov" and do a search on both fruit's scientific names: Lycium Barbarum for Goji and Morinda citrifolia for Noni you will find that Noni has 97 references and Goji has only 74.

Yes, drinking Noni juice is very good at boosting the body's immune system. My advice is to stay away from Noni juice products that add other juice flavors and/or water to mask the natural taste of Noni because by doing so dilutes the potency of the juice. Stay with the pure Noni juice, you will get better results.

Noni juice has been known to have some benefits but no medical validation. I'm not sure if you have ever tasted Noni, but I find it closely resembles something you polish your furniture with.
There is another functional fruit juice out there that is the only one on the market with medical validation, including over 72 clinical studies published on Pubmed.gov under the name of Lycium Barbarum. It is the only fruit in the world that contains 4 natural polysaccharides making it the most nutritionally dense food on earth. And it tastes fantastic!
