any one thing the government and some people are up tight when it comes to sex?

just askin...plus the only reson the government cares about sex so much is because most people who work for the government dont get any.....but thats just my opinon.....

If there is a question in there somewhere, it is carefully disquised. I think you mean to say "why is the government, and some people, making such a big deal about sex?"
If that is your question, then the answer is because it is an historically important element of human and societal lives. Traditionally, sexual relationships have been the most private and intimate relationship there is and to make such things public is improper, embarassing socially wrong. Such publicity makes common what should be special and private. To talk about your sexual relationships openly shows that you have little regard for the specialness of the relationship and for your partner. If you care at all about your relationship, then you keep those intimate details to yourselves.
Unfortunately, our society has lost track of those traditional values and as such has lowered society to an animal behavior level. We should be above that.
That is why we make such a big deal about it, because we care about the level of societal morals and what they mean to our civilization.

I think many people have their own personal ideas of what is and is not acceptable, based on their personality, culture and religion.

The problem is, many of them have gotten together and tried to enforce their personal preference on everyone else as a matter of law.
