In SQL Server 2005, how can I export a database manually?

I want to use SQL Server Management Studio Express to export the database, but this function is not available in Express edition.
So I want to know how I can export the database so that it can be imported by another instance of SQL Server 2005 express editiion on another machine.

I would also like to know how to manually import the database. Thanks a lot.

download DbaMgr2K, it has backup and restore
