The President of the US has inter alia, absolute immunity, from judicial process. The war in Iraq has been authorized from the capitol, so it's unlikely that they will repeal his immunity.
Bush viewed that the risk of having a dictatorship of Saddam Hussein in Iraq was greater than the cost of the war. While I don't agree with his view, I do accept his right as a President to make such calls.

No because he acted on information they had at the time. Keep in mind that Kerry or whoever was president at the same time would have done the same thing. Also did Bush kill the soldiers or did some militant Iraqs?

I agree with incognito. When one joins the military there is a conscious choice they have to make that they are going to be closer to death than non-military people. They are protecting the rest of us from the bad guys and the good guys don't always win. The bad guys of guns too and they will not think twice about using them. A soldiers life is chance.

What was the crime? Evidence supported the builing by Iraq of WMD's, there was photographic intelligence evidence. Iraq is roughly the size of Texas, so they could have easily hidden the WMD's. Also, Saddam was a genocidal maniac who exterminated his own people, he killed staff members for the slightest infraction. He should have been removed in the first Gulf War for invading Kuwait, a US ally. Suicide bomber vests were found in Sadams palace, and it is well known that Sadam paid families of suicide bombers. Congress voted for the war in Iraq.

Absolutely!!! People have no idea what this man has done to our country. The sad thing is, media is so controlled, therefore the people are not getting the truth. I put Bush in the same category as Hitler. Watch Democracy now, or go to Democracynow.org. My husband also wrote a book @ IUniverse.com It is called "The analysis Project" written by Michael Turman This will shed quite a bit of the atrocities that have occurred from the hands of President George Bush.

I used to give liberals the benefit of the doubt and just think they used a different dictionary as everyone else. Now I believe they are siding with the enemies of our country. They use the same rhetoric as the terrorists.

As much as I can't stand Bush, no! People who sign up for the military know what the risks are of joining, including war.

He would have to commit a war crime first - why don't you research what that is before you ask the question.
