How do I clean my hard disk?

when I defrag it says that my hard drive is 85 percent full, I have taken everything that I can off of my computer but I am still getting the same results. What can be done to correct this? besides defrag, cleaning the recycle bin? Please some one help me, I am new to this!

Best bet is to get a new larger hard drive. They are pretty cheap -you can get 250 GB for less than $100.
Then you can have both hard drives in the same computer without losing anything and increasing the capacity of your storage.

when you format(f disk ) you loose all your info .I would suggest that you buy either a new hard drive . YOu don't have to loose the info you have . You can use the new hard drive as a secondary or it is also called slave
