Fix bed is how i was taught, but also i mean make the bed, sorry for the confusion

I make my right after I get out of the shower, every morning.

My son was like this too when he was little. One of the biggest things we did wrong in the morning was getting such a young kid an alarm clock. We bought him one since I had just had my 4th child and we thought having one would teach him responsibility. The alarm clock just made him even more grumpier. So every morning I would make time to gentally wake him up then play a CD of his favorite songs while he got dressed. It lightened the mood up a bit. At breakfast he and his older brother would fight so because both are not morning people and so we decided to put one in the kitchen and one in the dinning room. Being alone is sometimes a good solution. Put her to bed at 8:15ish and no sugar after 7. Also if she stalls getting out the door just say she'll have to go without shoes or tell her there is a race between her and her sibling to get out the door, I still do that with my daughters (8 and 6) whoever wins gets a special treat in her lunch. Now since my 5 year old son wants to play there's even more of an incentive to win because the odds are slimmer you'll get a treat! It's really fun! Good Luck! Hope this helped!

3) what do you mean fix bed. I hate making my bed. If i go to bed, i really do not care if my bed is made or not. If i am at a hotel on holiday, i do like my bed made every morning, but i do not care if my bed is made at home. I have no idea why.

i make bed first thing in the morning. If you mean fix thogh as in broken. I fix it when i've had an over the top sex session. Which unfortunately hasn't been recently
