i do it scares the life out of me have been like this from i was a child i know it is soooo sad lol

No I don't hide under the covers. I have been in many tornadoes and when it starts I have to go outside to stand and watch it. I have less fear that way, plus I know what to do if I can see which way it is coming from.

I get up and look out the window. It's so exciting! There is nothing to be scared of if you're tucked up safe in bed. Strong, howling wind scares me more.

No. Here in south-east Asia we have thunderstorms that can go on for days, so I'd never get any work done if I didn't just ignore them.
