Are you sick of hearing about 911? What about our dead US soldiers in Iraq, why don't we sensationalize that?

The only ones that care about 911 are the families that lost someone because those people that died in the trade center were money hungry grubbers and yuppies that represent American capitalist values that the world hates. What about the 1000s of aborted babies each year, cry about that, or our dead slodiers in Iraqa that Bush put there with lies, cry about that.

They talk about it all of the time because of the 2700 non-combatant deaths, including 343 of my brother firefighters that I was there to aid in the recovery of. If you don't want to hear about it or see it, turn the damn channel, people like you who just want to look the other way are the cause of most of the **** that goes on (including war). Dont bother talking about things you don't understand and aren't willing to understand.

what it comes down to is that the media like Clear channel own alot of the airways. And alot of them are friends of the president and his cabinet as well partners and have alot of money invested. The president and people that he is affiliated with like clear channel are paid to speak about these things so that they can keep 911 and other factors alive in peoples minds so that way it clarifies are reason of having a war.
That's all it comes down to nothing else. If you ever watched things like 911 Fahrenheit you will see alot of the allegations of bush and his connections to other business's as well as connections to the bin laden family and there oil reserve empire.
There is alot out there and factors of why we see what we see. Like Vietnam the press was used to state body counts and how we were doing well so that we would try to calm down about the war. Yet being that we had the draft this caused the people to speak out because we saw first hand the loss of a son,daughter or cousin for examples and there was no way to cover that.

We need to hear about 9/11 so that people don't forget or become complacent. Those people did not deserve to die just like the soldiers in Iraq. Although attitudes like yours making it like they did, will just cause the problem to grow and another attack to occur.

I somewhat agree with you it is being overplayed. Those families came out financially well in spite of their losses. Some of those firemen left the wives they had to marry some of these poor heartbroken women. I feel they were compensated enough Now about the Oklahoma victims they were also hurt or killed and those families received nothing.

yes im sick about hearing it..im sure the families dont need to keep reminding of it either. if they want to make a 3 day holiday about it fine.one day memorial is just as effective..they just cant come up with anything else to put up over the air ways.why doesnt the tv show movies anymore? Im also sick of csi reruns. I cant get cable in my area...television is boring now days..i need to get out more..jerry lewis telethon for 3 days is ok..but i cant sit around that long,,mabey they should have 3 day telethons for cancer,heart disease,whatever to fill air space on tv,,
