I would allow him in but I would have a myriad of questions to ask before I could call myself in favor of his particular brand of politics

Coffee never killed anyone. Its no biggie or consequence to meet someone especially over coffee. I'd probably have coffee with Mussolini, Napoleon, Jimmy Carter, Picasso or Teddy Roosevelt. I bet Bush's public persona is a bit different than his private persona. Although I vehemently oppose most if not all of his policies does not mean that I would slam the door on his face. Whenever it is possible to sit and meet with a policy-maker of opposing views take that opportunity to be forthright and succinct in your discussion. A respectful disagreement can be fortuitous to one's cause. Bridging the ever-expansive political gap is reason enough to meet with Bush.

I would invite him in and put on the coffee. I would do the same if Clinton knocked at my door.

I would say "Excuse the mess but come on in." and put a pot of coffee on. If he asked anything political I would smile and say "No offense, but I think all politicians are crooks and I rarely bother to vote." and refuse to talk politics.

Goddess Bless!

I'd smile and invite him in and make some cookies. I'd love to meet a president of the USA and have him in my own home.

This is America- sure I'd let him in and serve him coffee. But I would also politely but firmly press him for explanations for his grevious misconduct as 'decider'.

Sorry tea drinker and registered Democrat. The chances of him coming to my door is zero . My dog would attack him before he made it to the door.
