I use to watch this series on PBS that had count dracula, a witch with her cauldron and the wolfman that was a dj. When he played his 70's music he'd dance infront of a tie dye type background and he was a black shadow infront of it. Anybody remember the name of this show?

Are you sure that wasn't from The Electric Company on PBS? I think Morgan Freeman played Count Dracula as a recurring character on there.
