Camden Market.
Try the stables market. When you leave Camden Station, walk past the original Camden Market, past the lock, and under the railway bridge is The Stables. It's excellent and sells loads of genuine and imitation military gear. You're bound to find it there for cheap.

The markets are a major tourist attraction at weekends, selling inexpensive goods of all types including fashion, lifestyle, books, food, junk/antiques and bizarre goods. They are particularly popular with the younger generation of Londoners, while Stables Market also has a growing antiques and furniture trade. The complex of Camden Market is composed of six general sections. Due to the popularity of the markets, visitor numbers increased so much that Camden Town tube station restricted Sunday afternoon access to incoming passengers only in order to prevent dangerous overcrowding of the narrow platforms. Chalk Farm and Mornington Crescent stations are a little bit further away and not subject to restrictions.

What's wrong with E-bay? You can find a whole lot of things on e-bay. Anyway, if you don't want to go with e-bay, you can check the military bases or shops. You can check on other online shops that sell military attire. Best wishes in finding it and take care.
