I can't believe the answers I've already gotten....For the Dems it's o.k. to berate Bush, the war, the countries assets in time of war, as long as it was a "chance" to get "The evil Bush" out of office...or just make him look bad...Conservatives will run the country for a long time with a Democrat attitude sush as that !!!

Strange that a special prosecutor was named to investigate this and that so much time and money and spent by the Justice Department. Both the House and Senate fell down on their jobs of oversight setting the stage for all kinds of administration over-reaching. The Republican Chairman for the Senate Intelligence Committee Roberts should have issued subpoenas to all those involved to get to the bottom of who might have leaked the name of V. Plame the instant Novak wrote his column. But Roberts was too busy sitting on and squelching the report on faulty intelligence until after Bush's reelection until last week. Finally on Friday the report was released confirming that Cheney and Bush lied about everything related to the run-up to the invasion of Iraq.
Just an ordinary level of over-sight in the congress might have inspired some ordinary level of ethical behavior among White House aides and elected office holders.
It was the CIA who initiated the investigation and Bush's own Justice Department that named a special prosecutor to investigate the CIA agent leak. You make it sound as if the Democratic Party was involved.

How can anyone sanction the treasonous act of revealing, for no better reason than political expediency, the identity of a clandestine intelligence operative to the enemy during a time of war? When is this ever OK? its not just the "Dems" who are shocked and appalled at what seems to be going on right now. But i am curious why the "Reps" felt it was a valid expenditure of "gov. time and money" to prosecute Clinton for his personal behavior behind closed doors, including an mipeachment proceeding, but a waste of resources to investigate violations of the constitution and the criminal code by and Administration thumbing its nose at the concern of the majority of American citizens. I remember the dittohead comments during the Clinton investigations. They all said "rule of law is of paramount concern." Seems now they dont have the conviction of character to stand behind their ideals when the shoe is on the opposite foot.

Most of those scurvy losers have never apologized for anything they have done or said in their miserable lives because the majority of those losers are LIBERALS. Of course they all painted Bush and the administration as the culprits on the Pflame deal, even said it was FACT. But as ALWAYS the losers were humiliated and embarrassed, but do you think they stand like real men and women and admit it? I wouldn't follow a Democrat to the toilet these days.

Just because the Republicans engaged in a "get Clinton" campaign (he was innocent in Whitewater and everyone knew it) doesn't mean the Democrats would stoop to the same level if they could. Even if they would, they can't because the Republicans control Congress.

The Dems will get what they deserve on election day. Which for them, will be a rude awaking concerning what real Americans are concerned about.

Sure,... as soon as the white house appologizes for sending thousands of our boys to thier death for the wrong reasons and lies...
I am not a Democrat.
This is not a game of right vs. left.... Bush does not care about many things, and his actions speak for themself...
