Ice floats in water,mercury.
Sinks in glycerine, kerosene

Hi, well ice will float in anything that has a higher density than itself which is 0.92g/mL

So it will float in, water 1.0g/mL, Dichloromethane, corn oil.

Sinks in Hexane, ethyl alcohol, rubbing alcohol
