There are pictures of all the teachers and staff. Then you see pictures of all the graduating students. Next you see all the sports teams and clubs, such as the drama club, student associations, etc. Then there are the younger students in lower classes. There are also pictures taken at random of different happenings such as proms, dances, sporting events. There is a section for quotes from graduating students, a section for "Most Likely To" where staff and students guess who is most likely to succeed, most likely to do different things, some of these are humorous. In the back of the yearbook are a list of graduating students. It tells their name, and the clubs they were involved in during their years at school. There is also a secton that has the advertisements from the local businesses that donated money to publish the yearbook. If a student or teacher had died during the year, there is a page for a memoriam. This is all I can think of that makes up a yearbook, I am sure others will have more ideas. Good luck to you!

Well... from the yearbooks I've gotten (and there were a lot. Moved around, 5 school transfers in all) it usually has a little introduction in the front. Then it has the pictures grouped by grade level. Fater that you got the different club pictures, organizations, etc. Sorry if this hasn't been much help. It's been years.
