alot anless u find a room with students.or if u r a student ull find one easier case some rooms r just for students so make sure u let people know if u r one.but like always the closer u r to the city the more it costes.

you should give some more information about type of house you want to rent. but it is known that munich is very very expensive for living. the rents are very very high.
