If you're talking about catholicism, you mean Jesus was both divine and human. Jesus is essentially God (see Holy Trinity). The Bible says that God loved his people so much that he sent his son into the world as a human to save them. Unlike angels and other messengers, Jesus was born as a human and is God's only son. Therefore, Jesus was both divine and human.
