in the uk anyone who has a full driving licence can accompany a learner driver in any vehicle up to seven ton, providing the vehicle is taxed/insured and motd and displaying l plates, you cannot carry fare paying passengers or drive any form of p.s.v (coach/bus) i hope this helps, of course the full licence holder cannot be a banned driver

Anyone who has held a full valid licence for at least 3 years can sit with you while you drive. ( not people with a ban though) You must have a provisional licence to learn though. And check that insurance is ok

Are you learning to drive an lgv??? Otherwise someone who has held a full uk driving license for 3 years or more can accompany you provided you hold a valid provisional license.
