i have a computer but i dont know weather it has a video card and a graphic card and even if it has one how do i know it capacity????
please help me

click the start button then click on run then type this "dxdiag" it will lead you to directX diagnostic tool there you will find the "display" tab then click on it you will see what type of graphics card was installed in your PC

well ..if you turn on your computer and you see something on your display you have a video card or a video adapter. In fact if you have where to connect your display you must have a video adapter.

What kind of video card ? well ...depending by your OS you can check what kind of video card is installed by looking around system settings. For Win XP you can do a right click on desktop area, pick properties and browse all tabs to gather the informations.

If you see something you have a graphic card! ;)
Go to the Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Devices and search for the graphic card. Double click on it and you'll get all the info you want.

If you can see MyComputer icon on your desktop, then right click it and select System Information if it is loaded, if not try same-thing except select Manage, this brings up Computer Management console, pick device manager. View the display adapter selection for your card.

Either one should help you find out what you need.
