I don't know, but I would imagine the high Tibettan settlements or the base at Antarctica.
I saw some villages in Madeira, tucked into the mountains which are virtually inaccessible.

There is a tribe in (I think) Papua New Guinea. Lots of psychological research has been done on the people because of their isolation.
