You need a PUK code from your supplier - you'll need to prove who you are, especially if it's Pay as You Go (you *did register it didn't you?). If it's fallen off the back of a lorry, then the original owner may have reported it as stolen, in which case it's unique EMEI number will have rendered it unusable on any network, and it's a bin job.

you will need a PUK code which you can only get from your service provider, good luck:) Oh also the phone can't permanently lock but the sim card can be destroyed.

i think you have to contact your service provider and ask for the unlock code , i swapped from t-mobile to orange and it cost me £15

no you need it unlocked by cable take it to your local mobile phone shop and they will do it for you

pretty much they just hack into your phone and reset your default settings it's pretty silly that you have to send it off for them to reset it but that's how it works... trust me i know i've been there lol
