I don't want to sound like a wet blanket, but the notorious Thompson and Venebals - they who abducted and murdered a three-year-old boy - one of them has the same re-occuring nightmare! According to one of their do-gooder psychiatrists, his guilt wants him to give birth to Jamie (whom he and the other murdered) as a means of making things better.
Put Thompson and Venebals into the Yahoo search engine and read all about them.

So these strange things do happen to you? Could you possibly have been a woman in your past life? Do you have kids you don't know about? Is there any chance at all that you could be gay? Bravo! A man that tells the truth!! I have a few girls that might wanna hook up with ya. Is anyone close to you preg? Could be your subconcious is over working that fact. Also, is it possible a girl you have been with might be preg? Again your subconcious may be telling you something. Again it may be nothing. I guess the question is...How did you deliver and did you take any meds for it? :) not to make light of the subject but everyone does need laughter in their lives. I'm just the person to bring it. At least you didn't dream your ex bf killed yours and your hubbys child by simply holding it and it turned into a doll. lol That was my fav preg dream.

Well usually when dreams have a wide range of meanings . i am told birth means a new beginning, death or a change big change in u life is about to happen. So dont worrie i have crazy dreams to heheheh!

It means truly in your mind, you want to get pregnant, and I bet you're getting your breast ready for nursing. You're a little stumped, ( no pun intended) as to where the baby is going to come out. true true .. giving birth ( dreams ) means usually a START. beginning of something .. very important since you were the one that gave birth. it may involve important changes that will change your live you'll prolly follow another path .. who knows.. or maybe it's just your imagination ... maybe you've been talking about this , joking around with the idea..
one thing is for sure.. i haven't met a person who ever said his/her dreams came true. unfortunately. well not for you :)
