A rotating black hole (Kerr black hole or Kerr-Newman black hole) is a black hole that possesses angular momentum. It is one of three possible types of black holes that could exist in the theory of gravitation called General Relativity. Black holes can be characterized by three (and only three) quantities M, J and Q, namely:
* mass M, (Schwarzschild black hole if J=0 and Q=0)
* angular momentum J (Kerr black hole if J not zero and Q=0)
* electric charge Q (charged black hole or Reissner-Nordstrøm black hole if Q not zero and J=0; or a Kerr-Newman black hole if both J and Q not zero).

Any center is an infinite point in time and space and can not be defined so rotation is a natural way to compensate by altering the point depending on the forces involved. Tornado, whirl pool, water spout, water going down a drain, toilet flush.

Most everything in space rotates.
The reason is that most anything was formed by matter falling together under gravity. Once something starts to form, nearby matter passing by is pulled in by gravity. Since this other matter was likely moving, it doesn't fall straight, it spirals in to join the rest of the matter. That spiral motion causes the other matter to start spinning.
That's why everything in the solar system rotates. It's also why black holes rotate.

the two and it is not appropriate which way it rotates, in simple terms like planets would rotate counter or clockwise. there is not any genuine rotation of a black hollow, it is only the undertaking it is being spun, a black hollow is in simple terms and countless indentation of area/time.
