You probably need to be training at least 50 miles a week. Sixty or more would probably be better.
You need to mix in hard runs of 8-10-12 miles into your workout schedule. Since you are going to have to run 6:50 per mile, that means that you have to run 68 minutes for 10 miles. You probably need to get your 10 mile workout time down to 66 minutes.
It would be a good idea to work up to workouts of 20 miles and/or 2 hours.
