I have the question for the guys so here's my question for you, should I tell my husband I won't kiss him till he quits dipping? seems fair to me, what do u think???

ok taking this point as a smoker..........I personally think that dipping [the chewing of tobbacco products, holding them in your mouth and then spitting it out] is VILE and personally dont blame you for saying this to him, maybe you could get him to only dip at work times and then brush teeth and then give him all the kisses he wants...................remember a LOT of men dip due to the fact they can not smoke during work hours ??? maybe this is the case here................either way i think it is vile and really nasty.
You might also want to tell him that the chances of mouth / jaw cancer just lept about 200 % for him????
Also if you ARE a smoker you prett much have a no win batle on your hands as we all know that somedays our breath can be yucky.

My ex-hubby used to dip copenhagen...soooo nasty....BUT we had a rule....if you have a dip in, do not kiss me, it smells, and it is not a nice habit. I would not ask you to kiss me after I have licked an ash tray!!! So he agreed once I gave that disgusting scenario. He would finish his dip, or pull it out, and go brush his teeth before he would kiss me. I hate to see people dip because so many get gum cancer from it, and usually do not realize they even have it until they go to the dentist. My ex got it, had some surgery and then went right back to dipping!
Just give him the scenario and once he thinks that one or imagines it, maybe he will realize where you are coming from...

I think it sounds very fair. My ex husband used to dip and I hated it. He would want to kiss me but he would have that tobacco stuck all in his teeth. It was so nasty. I would make him go brush his teeth but I got to where I would not want to kiss him at all. It was a big turnoff. He would spit in soda cans and leave them laying around. We had cats and the cats would knock them over and make a mess. He would never clean them up. The kids got older and would go to take swig of his nasty spit because he had to spit in a soda can. It turns my stomach just to think about it. He would let it set to the point where it smelled like crap, literally. I would throw the cans away and he would yell at me when I did.

WON'T KISS HIM MAKE LOVE TO HIM HE WON;T BE ABLE TO SLEEP IN THE BED IF THAT DOESN'T;T WORK HE CAN'T SLEEP IN THE HOUSE.... IF THAT DOESN'T WORK TAKE HIM AROUND TO THE HOSPITAL TO THE ONCOLOGY FLOOR..... LET HIM MEET A FEW PEOPLE THAT DIPPED AND SMOKED AND DRANK UNTIL THEY RECEIVED CANCER IN THE THROAT THE MOUTH THE LIVER AND LET HIM WATCH ALL THE THINGS THEY GO THROUGH KNOWING THAT THEY ARE ALL READY DEAD AND MAYBE THAT WILL CHANGE HIS MIND..... HOW THEY CAN NO LONGER CONTROL THEIR BOWELS BECAUSE THE CANCER HAS SPREAD TO EVERY ORPHEUS OF THEIR BODY... I AM SURE A DAY OR TWO JUST STAYING IN THE HOSPITAL WILL CHANGE HIS PERSPECTIVE ON LIFE IN GENERAL LET ALONE THE DIPPING.... I totally agree. I layed the law down too regarding that. I heard he was doing it behind my back but I didn't see or smell it, my now fiance doesn't smoke or dip it's nice. DIP IS GROSS

Oh yuck.. i dated a guy that dipped once, that is just nasty thats worse then cigs.. hummmmmm yeah i guess u can try that but since most men dont care for being affectionate unless they want some.. i doubt it will affect him much.. but give it a shot..

He has a gross habit and you're right in not wanting to kiss him. There's no way I would kiss someone who dips.

Yeah, you have that right. Dipping is just gross. For those who don't know what dipping is, it's chewing tobacco.

my guy does this too. as for the kissing it dosent bother me, giving a passionate kiss is a bit hard(the stuff tastes yuck) but i smoke so i have no right to ask him .
