You went to a palm reader, gave her the money for the session and she looked at your palm, then gave you back your money, then refused to take more money and asked you to leave ? Simply stated she refused to tell you what she saw and ran you out...it happened...

I tried offering more money and she still refused.

That happens only on very rare occasions. If the reader sees something she feels honor-bound not to reveal, she must refund your money and send you packing. Perhaps she saw something that you need to know personally, but to reveal it to you would change the course of others' lives.

I would say the best course of action is to find another palm reader, maybe even two or three. If the same thing happens then try a different approach, perhaps a tarot reader. If no one else has that kind of reaction then you can assume that the first one was trying to boost up her price (ther are unscrupulous readers who use those kinds of ploys). So keep checking and find out the truth...
I have had similar experiences, althoug in my case I have yet to find a reader that is able to tell me anything beyond a certain timeframe (after the age of 40).

Try finding another reader or two. If the same thing happens still, it may be that she couldn't read you. I have never had this happen, but I've heard of it happening. Let's say I knew a guy who went to a reader and she couldn't read him. She told him he wasn't supposed to here at this time. It depends on what you believe in as to why this could have been.

Perhaps she is of the idea that you were just testing or not believing at all. Some don't want to get into a debate or even deal with trying to prove themselves. Either you believe or don't. Not everyone is in it for the money.
Then of course you might have had too much hair on your palm. Ha ha.

I would think, "Wow, that palm reader sure wants to upset me so I'll come back and perhaps pay her more to help me out with the problem she allegedly perceives."
I would also wonder how often she does that just to spice things up. Being a palm reader has got to be boring as hell.

Did you refuse to buy a trinket or piece of "lucky" heather from a Gypsy recently beforehand? It "could" just be a sales pitch(obviously not for you, but all those you related this story to might go to see her just to see)
If you think not, I would get into studying palmistry, myself!
There is SOME truth to it.

i have my doubts about palmistry in the first place, so she probably did you a favor. i have a good friend who is very gifted in tarot. she refuses to charge for her services. she says that if she charged, she would be exploiting her gift, and it would leave her, so i am skeptical of any kind of "seer" who charges a fee.
