how can I put my website to the search engine?

Gotta have LOTS of $$$ to put it on a good search engine such as Yahoo,MSN....etc.

If you mean how can you make it appear in a search engine, it simply appear after some time, depending on the words one is searching and how popular it is, it will be placed higher or lower.
If you pay some money, you can appear in the so-called "sponsored links".

use free classifieds, link exchanges, directories, chat groups and forums, nd use SEO :)
