Does anyone take ginsing regularly and feels that it really makes them feel better and full of energy? If so , how much do you take daily? (mg) Tell me your expieriance.

It might affect your blood pressure, so don't overdo it. Just be careful. Watch the amount of caffeine you have during the same day, too. I'm still wondering if that affected me when I made a big batch of iced tea, combining green tea that had caffeine with American Ginseng tea. Keep track of how it affects you. Do you have a blood pressure monitor? Take your bp before and after. Just be careful and aware.

Try Siberian Gen-sing. It is better than Korean and not addictive. It really revs you up and you feel your best the whole day.
