re install the drivers for your souncard

sorry your going to have to make it more clear what you mean I'm not sure whaat you mean by voice not there. If you mean theres no sound you just need to adjust the volume on the speaker.

click on enable voice in the control panel

maybe u need to re load the sound card u migth have deleted the software
