Some of these guys are wrong - he has NOT been declared dead, his parents had the option to do so but resused, so he is officially still 'missing'. There have been sightings of him in Tenerife.
Personally, I think he is still alive, and just got sick of the whole fame thing.

no he has been declared officially dead now- although the manics still save his share of the earnings in an account

Who knows, he's been missing for more than 10 years now though so he's "officially" dead

Have you tried to contact him via a Ouija board?If he doesn't answer it could be that he isn't dead.
