DFO at the airport
Harbour Town at Robina on the Gold Coast (get the train and bus from Brisbane)
Stones Corner has lots of cheap shops
Valley Markets on a weekend
South Bank markets on the weekend too
Stalls that go out to the universitites during the week have cheap clothes too.

Harbour Town Shopping Centre
On the Gold Coast

Hi,
This place is fantastic for finding a bargain. You can buy designer label clothes for next to nothing. It's the place were all the top brands clear there stock out.

Below is there site to have a look at.
Even direction on how to get there and what bus to catch if you don't have a car. Be prepared to sent a good half day there looking around.

You could try Trade Secret, there's one in Mt Gravatt. I wouldn't reccomend buying swimmers second hand, that could be nasty. But for a good op shop you can't go past Endos, there are lot's of them around, and they usually have good stuff.
