I have to admit, this is something I have done successfully before, but the consequences are always the same...The stuff you're looking for is going to be bad stuff that will hurt you all bottled up inside and you can't very well use it against him without revealing where you got it; so its kind of a lose lose situation.

if you need to break in, shouldn't you simply break up?
just a thought. Otherwise you'll need some kind of spyware that will scrape up his keystrokes as he types and record them for your later use. But personally, if it's like that it would be better not to know; just go. If you did that to me (deprived me of my privacy like that) I would dump you as soon as I found out.

Stop being so paranoid and possessive. If my gf broke into my mail or msn, she would be out the door. If i thought my partner was cheating i wouldn't want to read their mail, id say goodbye.
