Men's
9=43
10=44
11=45
12=46
13=47
Women's
4=37
5=38
6=39
7=40
8=41
Not sure about American sizes - it's something like two sizes up from what you actually are.
ie. 7=9

Try them on before you buy them, it's ok if they are a bit tight because they will stretch out with your feet over time. Buying boots that are too big make it awkward to walk properly, let alone play football well.
