Its really frustrating but usually everytime the computer starts, the start bar freezes but everything above that runs fine. So the window buttons on the start bar are still there even when I have closed those programs and the clock doesn't run. After a few minutes of waiting, the start bar unfreezes and the window programs I have closed disappear too and the clock immediately warps to the suppose-to-be time. What's wrong with this P.O.S?

Sounds to me like you've got a serious dose of too much stuff goin on! Your system may need a simple CCleaner use to cure 'issues' as well as cleaning. Your Internet Options may need to be visited to clear histories & cookies deleted & temporary internet files deleted & perhaps you should find & run a Lavasoft AdAware Personal SE.
[Be sure to look on the left upper margin of the Lavasoft page to find the Lavasoft AdAware Personal SE for the free download & ignor all the other information of no consequence]

Finally, keep in mind that your internet service provider will occasionally go through 'internal' resets to preclude ability to constantly refresh so just a little patience should go a long way.

Then basically be sure you have sufficient room on your HD authentic take all the classes you want to placed on with room to spare. make sure when you're utilising the internet that you've a firewall and anti-virus put in before you position in something else. do no longer connect with the internet with out those 2 classes or you're soliciting for issues. I keep in mind that there are some themes with Microsoft's updates and in case you do not have a actual homestead windows OS it may course issues. %guy

I,ve never heard of that but I suppose the best and easiest place to begin would be by performing a thorough virus and spy ware scan. Beyond that you need someone more knowledgeable than myself about computer behavior.
