I'm in total sympathy with you!!! I was feeling like this only yesterday. It took me til 6pm before I felt right as rain. Drink plenty of water, 2 paracetamol and try pepto bismol. This is very good for the stomach. Later i had a cup of chicken soup. Also very good for getting food into you and making you feel better. Good luck!!!

your body is seriously dehydrated, it is trying to flush out the toxins in your system and can't do it without more fluids. you will damage your liver and kidneys if you dont look after yourself more.

have as much water as you can to drink now, then continue sipping it slowly throughout the day. whatever you do dont take aspirin, it thins the blood and will only make the hangover last longer. paracetomol or ibubrofen are better.

also half a glass of orange juice will help (but not more) as the acid will help neutralise any left over alchohol

Hangover = disagreeable physical effects following heavy consumption of alcohol or the use of drugs..

CURE:
drink a lot of water or orange juice in the morning. prepare some toast ( it has an element in it that can lower down hangover). coffe can also be a cure for hangover but the effect is temporary. you can also take some aspirin

REMEMBER how you felt, how your head was pounding & pounding, how dizzy you were and the room or the bed was spinning & spinning, how when you were vomitting all over & your head was pounding some more, the terrible smell of the vomit, chances are you missed the toilet some, if you think of these things this is your cure & you won't do it AGAIN, and if you do, you need more than a cure for an evening of drinking. GOOD LUCK!

I find 2 paracetamol and a can of regular coca cola works great. Or take some Milkthistle available from health food shops and probably Boots the Chemist. Resolve tablets although, personally you might as well have my first suggestion and save yourself some money!

I always used to eat a big grinder sandwich with great french bread, I think the bread soaks up the alcohol. Lots of water of course and stay up and active even if you don't feel like it at first. Working hard and sweating it out always helped me.

Alcohol causes dehydration to your body, so you need to take fluids, try small sips of orange juice or water with sugar.
Headache is normal, paracetamol tablets may be helpful, but it's better if you don't take any medications. Get a rest and avoid excessive light.

The only remedy I know that works is not to drink the night before . Not really trying to be sarcastic , but I never found one that worked , except go back to bed for a while . Sober 5 yrs.
