Deepens of players in a team, for example Barca can play 4-3-3, but Arsenal can't because they only have Henry and van Persie!!!!!
I prefer 4-3-3 !!!

i like that formation, makes your midfielder more creative to open ways to score the goals but u must have a defend mid-field to keep the balance and beware of counter attack =)
