Lam, cows eat only green stuff like grass and they are full of fat and produce milk and butter..does anyone knows why?

All they do all day is eat, they dont use much energy. In any animal, excess energy is stored as fat.

Lambs are very skinny when born and only get milk for the first few weeks. Their wool makes them look fatter than they are at first. Animals are able to digest grass with the help of several stomachs full of bacteria. Grass is rich in nitrogen and other nutrients, and they make what they need from these basic ingrediants.
Food doesn't have to contain fat for an animal to get fat eating it. Your body can make fat.

Are you sitting comfy. well once upon a time there was this place called wales /scotland/ england. it was minute dot on the earth now there was this man ' oop's sorry and his wife ,well they had this farm ,surrounded by feilds, chocka bloc full of this very tall very thick oozing fat grass , and all these stupid lambs eat it all up , and now when you go to Asda N Tescos , cos they ate it all up the chops they sell have no fat , and worse still the poor farmer '' and his wife can only grow genetically modified grass , and its not oozing with fat.

They store the energy they get fromg grass as fat if it doesn't get used up immediately.

They also drink milk from their mothers and are fed supliments by farmers

A lamb is not really all that fat. What you are seeing is all their hair.(wool)
