i need to print off a photo but whenever i put the paper in it just goes through the printer and comes out blank.
the comp says that the paper is not loaded correctly.
i am using epson 13 x 18 cm premium glossy paper and the programme, epson easy photo print
can anyone tell me which way to put in the photo paper and any tips for what i might be doing wrong??

make sure that you have no jobs waiting before you start printing, a mis-printed file can do that, or else there is a driver problem with your printer, try unistalling drivers, reboot and re-install ... :)

well there can be many causes:
1) you're out of ink
2)youur cartdrige head has been destroyed
3)your ink is stuck
advice:put your cardrige in warm water and keep it there for a few hours. then try to print again
