Beauty supply stores sell a white pencil in the manicure supplies. You wet the tip of the pencil and run it under your fingernails. it needs to be reapplied after washing your hands though. It's an alternative to a french manicure and very simple to do. It just doesn't last very long.

There are special pencils for coloring the inside of the tip. But it goes away every time you wash your hands. I think you should consult a specialist in nail care who should be able to tell you tricks for making your nails naturally become whiter.

Re-grout your bathroom tiles, it got right under my nails and made them beautifully white for a couple of days, two jobs done at once too!
