You need to go to the Dr immediatley!! TODAY!! That is very very dangerous. All of your organs (eyes, kidneys, brain, heart, etc.) are being damaged when your blood sugar is that high. You are diabetic and need to be under a doctor's care and on medication & proper diet.
My husband is a diabetic. It can be controlled with medication. Your Dr will determine if you need pills or insulin injections. Please don't wait any longer.
Also, take your glucometer with you so the Dr can make sure it is accurate.

I do believe slowing down on the sugar consumption would be a very good idea. It would also be good to see a doctor to see if diabetes is a problem for you and determine a good course of keeping your blood sugar under control. Please take it seriously, cause it can't have serious effects over time.

If you are checking your blood sugar, it is because you think something is wrong or you were told to check it. If your sugar is that level, then there is a problem and you need to get into a hospital and get it seen to if it has not come back to normal levels yet.

Get your butt to the ER yesterday! This level will NOT come down by itself. You need regular insulin injected sub-Q or via an IV. You need to be observed hourly with continual glucose checks. This is no joke, don't treat it like one.

You have a hyperosmolality syndrome now, and could go into diabetic ketoacidosis with coma.
