I'm a firm believer in euthanasia i'd rather take a lethal overdose when i think my body has had enough and i have a few days of pain left, than be hit by a bus and have my life cut short by years - I'm hoping i don't get hit by a bus or need to seriously think about personal euthanasia for a few years yet

Are you threatening me? Are you telling me that you want me to die? How dare you...I have friends, you know. They watch out for me...oh, wait, this is just a question, right? I'm sorry...I must have misunderstood....please just ignore me~ lol
But yeah, I think I'd like to have a general idea, that way I could plan ahead a little better. Spend time with that special person instead of going to work that day...take a trip I'd never have taken if I had a life to live 6 months down the road, stuff like that.

Absolutely. I want to be sure that I have done everything I possibly can before I go. There are still many adventures I plan to take. If I know for certain when I go, I'll be sure to see my travel agent before then and do as many as I can. Then I'll try sky diving last. That way, if the chute doesn't open, so what, I was due to go soon anyway.

My answer would be Yes, providing their was no doubt in the mind of those who experts who diagnosed the problem in the first place. Whatever time I had left I would spend it with those who have given me the most pleasure in life. I would not want them to cry whilst I am still alive. Laughter and Joy is the best medicine and if I can hear and enjoy that I would have no problem facing the final curtain.

It depends, if I am dying of natural causes because I'm sick with something I wouldn't because in that case you already expect to die sometime but if I am going to die in some tragic or unnatural way I would like to know not only to try and prevent it but to put my affairs in order.

No I don't think so because your time would be ruled by the countdown. How could you live knowing your time up is imminent? I know I am going to die but who knows when? I think it would be too stressful.

Actually it doesn't matter, cause' its all up to God's plan to decide it for you, and as the saying goes, " Live your day as if its the last." and no matter when you die, you know you've lived your life to its fullest and go without regrets (:
