Compliments of the day. I am a Pakistani and did my MBA. I have compiled a course in small bussiness management in URDU Language., particularly for Pakistani Bussiness community , Now I want to teach this course to Pakistani & indian , etc: & others seek advice & help.

Do you want to offer it privately or through a school? Contact a school to see if they will hire you.
If you want to do it on your own you need to spread the word. Make a flyer with dates, time, place and cost. Require pre-registration so that you will know if there will be enough students signed up in order to have the course.
Most people will want "credit" for the course. They may need to be able to prove to their employers that they took the course. Your best bet is to go through a school.
